These terms cover your use of kendalldeanmedia.com. By using the site, you're agreeing to them. If you book a session with me, that's covered by a separate agreement we'll both sign.

The photographs and words on this site are mine

Every photograph, blog post, and page of writing here is my original work and is protected by copyright. Kendall Dean MacCauley, doing business as Kendall Dean Media, owns it.

You're welcome to:

  • Look at it, share a link to it, and talk about it
  • Share a link on social media

You may not, without my written permission:

  • Copy, download, reproduce, or republish my photographs
  • Use my images or writing commercially, in any form
  • Crop, edit, filter, or apply AI processing to my images
  • Use my images or writing to train an artificial intelligence model or dataset
  • Remove watermarks, credits, or copyright information

If you're a client, what you can do with your own photographs is set out in your session agreement, which gives you more than this page does.

If you'd like to use something, ask me.

Enquiries

Sending me a contact form doesn't book a session or create a contract. A booking exists once we've both signed an agreement and any retainer has been paid.

Session dates, pricing, and availability shown on this site can change. Nothing here is a binding offer.

Using the site properly

Please don't attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to this site, scrape it in bulk, or use it for anything unlawful.

Links to other sites

I sometimes link to other businesses, venues, and vendors I've worked with. I don't control those sites and I'm not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

No guarantees about the site itself

I keep this site accurate and available, but I can't promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. It's provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, I'm not liable for any loss arising from your use of the website.

This doesn't limit my obligations to clients under a signed session agreement. Those are set out in that agreement and are unaffected by this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of West Virginia.

I may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version.
