  • Easy! Just fill out my contact form or shoot me an email at hello@kendalldeanmedia.com. Once we chat through details, a $50 deposit secures your spot on my calendar, and will be sent to you in the form of an email.

    After that, I’ll send you a contract that needs an electronic signature in order to finalize your booking.

    The remaining balance is due on/before the day of your session, before it begins.

  • Yes — a $50 retainer officially holds your date. It goes toward your total session cost. However, you always have the option to pay the full session price at the time of booking. The last day to pay for your session in full is the day of your session before it begins!

    *Mini sessions require payment in-full at time of booking and are non-refundable. The $150 is creditable towards a different mini session date or a full session in the future if you need to cancel.

  • Once we confirm your date, I’ll share a list of favorite local spots with great light and scenery. Or you’re welcome to suggest a location that feels special to you. Whether it’s a pretty field, a cozy downtown street, or your own backyard — I’m here for it!

  • Think coordinating, not matching. Neutrals, soft tones, and subtle patterns photograph beautifully. Try to avoid big logos or super bold patterns that can distract. Most of all — wear something that feels like you and is comfortable enough to move and play in.

  • Galleries are typically delivered within 2 weeks or less. If you need them sooner, I offer a ‘Rush Editing’ add-on to get your full gallery in 3–5 business days.

    I occasionally will post sneak-peaks from your session on my social media page, so be sure to follow me there!

  • You’ll get a private online gallery (through Pixieset) sent straight to your inbox. From there, you can view, download, and share.

  • Each package has a specified number of photo range delivered.

    • Minis (8-10 minimum)

    • Classic: (25-30)

    • Signature: (50+)

  • Life happens! Reschedules and cancellations must be 24 hours before the session time.

    If the weather isn’t cooperating, we’ll reschedule for another day that works. Same goes for sick kiddos (or parents!) — I’d much rather everyone feel good so your photos show your best selves.

  • Yes! I’m always up for an adventure. Any location within a 50 mile radius of Charles Town, West Virginia is included in your package.

    However, if you have somewhere a little off the grid in mind — you can add a travel fee from my à la carte menu to cover mileage and time.

  • Absolutely! Furry friends are family too. Just mention the “Pet Add-On” from the a lá carte menu so we can plan a little extra time (and patience) for them to shine.
