Holiday Minis at the Little Treehouse Play Studio

This season, I had the absolute pleasure of partnering with one of my favorite local gems: The Little Treehouse Play Studio. Located right in Kearneysville, WV, this newly opened indoor play space offers a beautifully curated environment for imaginative play — complete with sensory stations, pretend-play setups, climbing toys, and cozy corners designed to spark creativity in even the tiniest explorers.

Owners Stefany and Corinne were truly a dream to collaborate with. Their warmth and genuine passion for creating a kid-friendly community space made the entire experience effortless and fun.

For our Holiday Minis event, I set up a festive, cozy backdrop in one of the studio’s play corners and photographed a series of 15-minute sessions for families and kiddos. And let me tell you — these kids brought every personality under the sun.

From bold, energetic little hams to quiet, thoughtful sweethearts, every child had their own sparkle, and capturing that joy was such a highlight of my season. Plus, the holiday outfits? Absolute show-stoppers. I loved seeing how each family interpreted the festive theme!

Once their photo session wrapped, the kiddos were free to run wild and explore everything The Little Treehouse has to offer — climbing, pretending, building, and discovering in a space made just for them. It was the perfect combination: a quick photo session followed by some much-needed playtime.

I’m so grateful to Stefany, Corinne, and all the wonderful families who came out. Partnering with The Little Treehouse Play Studio was such a treat, and I’m already looking forward to (hopefully!) bringing these holiday minis back again next year.
